Cancellation
An order can be cancelled without charge before it enters production. Once fabrication has begun, cancellation is subject to work already completed.

Returns
Made-to-order equipment is not returnable except where it does not match the confirmed specification, or arrives damaged. Report either within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.

Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where a credit note is issued against a tax invoice, the GST adjustment is reflected in the same return period where possible.
