Lead time
Made-to-order equipment dispatches in 4–7 working days from order confirmation. Project orders are sequenced to your handover date rather than dispatched piecemeal.

Coverage
We deliver across India. Freight is quoted per destination and per unit class, since a reach-in and a work table do not ship the same way.

Placement and commissioning
Delivery includes placement and levelling. Commissioning — first start-up, temperature pull-down and handover — is scheduled separately and confirmed before dispatch.

Site readiness
Power, water and drainage must be terminated at the equipment position before the installation window. Where a site is not ready, a return visit is chargeable.
